For one Sunday afternoon, Pearlita joins Emily from Lead From Essence for an intimate sensory journey combining breathwork, ceremonial cacao, a guided inner journey and natural perfumery.

What happens when you slow down, turn inward and give yourself the space to really listen?
During Inner Notes, we invite you on an intimate half-day sensory journey combining ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, reflection and natural perfumery.
Guided by Emily, your cacao & inner journey guide, you’ll begin with drinking a ceremonial dose of cacao (35 grams) and a guided visualization designed to help you slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself. You create space to notice what naturally emerges. Perhaps an intention, a quality, a memory, an image, or something you would like to invite more of into your everyday life.
Through reflection, words and imagery, you give the experience a little more shape. There is nothing you need to find or figure out. It is simply an invitation to notice what feels meaningful to you and what you might like to carry forward.
From there, we move into the world of natural scent. Guided by natural perfumer Pearl, you'll explore a carefully curated collection of natural aromatic ingredients, noticing your own responses and associations as you smell. You'll learn the foundations of natural perfumery, experiment with different combinations and gradually create a scent that feels uniquely yours.
You'll leave with two 10 ml oil-based natural perfume rollers. Your own creations to bring into everyday life as a small ritual to pause and reconnect.

All bookings are non-refundable, but you may reschedule up to 72 hours before the workshop date if necessary.
Due to the small group size, last-minute rescheduling requests within 72 hours cannot be accommodated or refunded. If you’re unable to attend, we invite you to rebook for a future session.
Group workshops require a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead. If this is not met, you will be contacted a few days in advance to reschedule.
